On May 24-25, Azerbaijan Medical University hosted an international scientific-practical conference entitled “Actual Problems of Medicine” dedicated to the “Year of Shusha”. Rector of AMU Professor Garay Garaybeyli spoke at the conference, then a video about Shusha was presented.
Dr. Cevdet Erdol, Rector of the University of Health Sciences of the Republic of Turkey, in his speech on "Health Care and Medicine in Turkey and the World" spoke about the main innovations in the field of medicine in our country and the brotherly country and the conditions created to further improve medical services.
In addition to their presentations, professors from leading medical universities of Turkey also presented their scientific articles. Innovations in surgery and modern approaches to medicine were presented in the surgery section of the meeting. Interesting presentations were made in robotic surgery used in orthopedics and traumatology. Also, the head of the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergology of the Clinical Medical University named after NV Sklifosovskiy, the head of the Immunopathology Laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Medicine of the First Moscow State Medical University named after IM Sechenov, Academician Karaulov Alexander Viktorovich presented .
