Job Description

  • Preparation of contracts;
  • Preparation of legal documents;
  • Preparation of responses to letters, applications and complaints on legal issues in a timely manner;
  • Checking the compliance of the contracts submitted by the other party with the legislation and the interests of the Company;
  • Execution of documents on disciplinary and financial responsibility of employees in accordance with the established rules;
  • Issuance of a legally substantiated opinion during the preparation of economic contracts;
  • Participate in the organization of the systematization of contracts and the implementation of the tasks of the direct manager in this regard.
  • Judicial proceedings

Work schedule

Employment:

  • Place of work: BEGOC Business Center (Address: 93 Zarifa Aliyeva Street);
  • 5/7 work schedule, working hours: from 09:00 to 18:00;
  • Lunch is provided by the company;
  • Provision of medical insurance;
  • Salary is determined during the interview according to the candidate's knowledge and skills.

  • Work experience: 3-5 years (in the field of law);
  • High level of knowledge on civil and administrative procedure legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Ability to use oral and written Azerbaijani and Russian languages
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs freely
  • Responsibility, accuracy at work
