Responsibilities
Monitoring the movement of goods between the company's warehouses according to the 1C program and checking the correctness of transactions
Monitoring compliance of the number of goods received from local sellers included in the 1C program and preventing sales below the purchase price
Verification and execution of mutual settlements with regularly cooperating companies
Preparation of reports on information on risks in relations with buyers and sellers
Organization of on-site auditing of pharmacies, verification of compliance with the requirements of Zeytun Pharmaceuticals LLC
Detection and prevention of purchases of goods sold by Zeytun Pharmaceuticals LLC by pharmacies from other sellers
Monitoring of deposits and monthly limits allocated to pharmacies by Zeytun Pharmaceuticals LLC
Comparing debts between Zeytun Pharmaceuticals LLC and the pharmacy
Checking whether the stock of goods in pharmacies is in accordance with the given limit and deposit
Analysis of available varieties and purchase orders within the pharmacy

Requirements
Higher economic education
Work experience of not less than 3 years in the field of price control
High level of technical (computer) skills (MS Windows, MS Office, 1C, etc.), knowledge of International Auditing Standards (BAS) methods
Mathematical analysis skills, knowledge of risk management, self-criticism and independence, observation and fact-finding skills
Working conditions
Work schedule: 6-day work week, from 09.00 to 18.00;
Place of work: NZS settlement, Ogtay Valiyev street. 21C, Depot;
Lunch and Medical insurance are provided by the company;
Salary: 1200-1300 AZN
