Job Responsibilities:
Checking the pharmacy balance according to the system and actual indicators according to the work plan
Physical counting in pharmacies according to the work plan
Investigating and acting on the reasons when the number of products on the system differs from the actual number of products based on the count
Appropriately addressing requests for corrections when problems detected in product residues are related to system errors;
If necessary, checking the documents of receipt of products to the pharmacy and expenses from the warehouse according to the system;
During the counting, technical safety rules must be observed, as well as protection of the sequence of products' location and arrangement of preventing damage to the products;
At the end of the counting process, all information is recorded and submitted to the head of the structure;
To carry out the audit of pharmacy areas based on the prepared check list;
Preparation of new proposals for speeding up the work process and optimization of operating costs and presenting them to the management;
Execution of other work-related operations on the instructions of the head of the department, as well as preparation and presentation of reports.
